Julia O was amazing. Asked me right away if I needed help with anything. She directed me where I needed to go. And came back around to make sure I found it and when she saw me struggling to reach the item, went and got a ladder and got it down for me. With everything going on in the world, having wonderful customer service is brightness to my day. Thanks Julia O for being so amazing.
